About

The Consumer Insight is a division of TROC (The Retail Outsource Companies) that measures key consumer metrics to provide valuable insight into the current state of the business. Detailed consumer metrics are gathered and analyzed through mystery shopping, competitive intelligence, customer surveys and compliance audits.  The Retail Outsource Companies include: Mobile Insight – real-time field reporting and business intelligence; SYMBITS – managed IT services; and The Retail Outsource – sales staffing solutions and TCI.
